Join IL-HPCO for our fall regional meeting! This will be an interactive workshop to share tips and tricks 30 days post Go Live of the Hospice Hope tool.  Join other providers to learn how things are going and take back invaluable insight to navigate unexpected challenges. 

This workshop is limited to 50 attendees. This event is free for members, with a $25 fee for non-members.

Tours of our host site, Integrated Palliative and Hospice’s beautiful 12-bed inpatient hospice unit, will be available after the conclusion of the workshop.
